Changes in the distances of the main working parts of modern carding machines and their analysis

The article discusses a method for increasing the productivity of a carding machine, aimed at increasing the speed modes of the main carding organs (receiving drum and main drums) and improving the quality of carding surfaces, as well as increasing the carding area. Tables are given that characterize the intervals set on the carding machine. This article recommends installing an additional movable support on the roving table of the levelling machine, which can have a positive impact on the quality and physical and mechanical properties of the roving.
